TAutoBay Car & Commercial Ltd – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the AutoBay Car & Commercial Ltd website and all services provided by AutoBay Car & Commercial Ltd including vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs and related workshop services. By accessing our website, booking with us or using any of our services, you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
AutoBay Car & Commercial Ltd specialises in vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs for all makes and models. We aim to provide accurate service information and pricing at all times, however specifications, pricing and availability may change without notice. All work is carried out by trained technicians using reasonable skill and care, although we cannot guarantee the long-term performance or outcome of repairs due to factors such as pre-existing issues, component wear or manufacturer defects.
2. Servicing, Pricing and Supplement Charges
Advertised service prices apply to standard vehicles only. Sports, performance, MPV vehicles or engines 3000cc (3 litres) or above may incur additional costs. Vehicles requiring over 5 litres of oil will be subject to an oil supplement of £29.99. A full quotation will be confirmed before work begins.
3. RAC Breakdown Cover
RAC Breakdown Cover is only included with AutoBay Service 90. Cover and benefits are provided directly by the RAC and subject to their terms. AutoBay Car & Commercial Ltd accepts no responsibility for RAC response times, outcomes or cover decisions.
4. Service Plans
Service Plans set up directly with AutoBay Car & Commercial Ltd are valid only with us and cannot be transferred from or honoured for plans purchased through any other third-party company. Plan terms, coverage and pricing will be confirmed at the time of agreement.
5. Klarna Pay Later Terms
Buy Now Pay Later options provided through Klarna are subject to Klarna’s own Terms & Conditions. By selecting Pay with Klarna you enter a separate financial agreement with Klarna who handle all lending decisions, affordability checks, repayment plans and credit terms. You must be 18 or over, a UK resident and using your own payment details. Approval is not guaranteed. Late or missed payments may incur fees and may affect your credit rating. Refunds from eligible services will be processed through Klarna, and any balance or instalments will adjust once confirmed. Until Klarna confirm a refund, scheduled payments remain your responsibility. Queries relating to finance or repayments must be directed to Klarna. Booking, service and workshop enquiries should be directed to AutoBay Car & Commercial Ltd.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoBay Car & Commercial Ltd is not liable for losses, damages or costs arising from use of our website or services including indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing vehicle faults, customer-supplied parts, or manufacturer defects.
7. Website Use
Information provided on our website is for general guidance. While we aim to keep information accurate, we cannot guarantee completeness or error-free content. AutoBay Car & Commercial Ltd reserves the right to update pricing, service information or Terms without notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
