At AutoBay, customers have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of receiving delivery.

To request a return, customers must contact us within this 14-day period. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

 

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely for its return journey.
